Wigan Athletic Supporters Club are still the official provider of Official Coaches to all Wigan Athletic 1st Team domestic fixtures. With the added benefit of the Club Bar on match day, endless opportunities to win match day hospitality, season tickets and much more, the WASC Membership is now second on the list behind the season ticket for every Latics fans.
Applying for a membership could not be easier, click here, and the cost of membership has remained the same since the day the Association started, just £5. Why is there this cost? you ask, the answer is very simple….
As a non profit organisation we price coaches at an ‘at cost’ price (these may at times be slightly dearer than other operators, but this is due to the condition and size of the vehicles, we only use quite new executive coaches, for comfort and ultimately the safety of Wigan Athletic fans).
Sometimes we have to take half full coaches to games, where other operators will cancel, we use the funds from membership to offset the loss.
We also put on events, fans forums, meet and greets, free pie and peas games, competitions and much more, where the money we gain through the membership is given back indirectly to the members. Not one person or Wigan Athletic are paid anything, all the money is pumped back into the members.
