We have recently been contacted by Joseph Manns who is doing a study of football fan’s perspective on the chances being given to Black and Minority Ethnic in Football Management.
The Football League and Premier League do a lot on and off the pitch to educate fans, players, managers and staff of Football Clubs but they wonder why such a low percentage of Football Managers are from BME group.
Every Supporters Club/Trust/Branch in the UK is being given their chance to air their views on this, whatever your thoughts are.

An important online survey is currently taking place and I would like to give your supporters a chance to have their say.The survey concerns football fans’ perceptions towards Black & Ethnic Minority Managers in Football and the prospect of a Rooney Rule being implemented, which has currently divided opinions in professional football.
