One of the added benefits for season card holders during the course of the 2015-16 Season is the option to upgrade junior season cards to adult tickets up to five times per season, which could be particularly helpful for evening matches like the forthcoming fixture against Millwall on Tuesday 29 September.
If you wish to upgrade a junior season card, you will need to do so in advance of the fixture in question, to allow the ticket office staff time to cancel the season card for that particular fixture, and print a paper match ticket for your use.
The paper ticket can then be collected from the ticket office, or posted out if requested in good time ahead of the fixture.
The season card will be reactivated after the fixture for future use, and the ticket office will log the number of times that supporters take advantage of the junior upgrade.
Please note that the offer may not be claimed retrospectively for fixtures which have already been missed.
