Reading, Dunkley and West Brom

Great win at Reading, WBA up next

What an amazing performance and fantastic win at the Medjeski Stadium. In possibly the best showing of the season Latics were deserved 3 nil winners over Reading.

Could we be starting to show our true potential at just the right time? To a man we played exceptionally and I don’t think the score line flattered us, it could have been a lot worse for the Royals.

Our thoughts do go out to Chey Dunkley though, who looks to have had a serious injury and we all wish the speediest of recoveries.

The first goal from Kieffer Moore was sublime, the second from Lowe showed his power and the third from Jacobs reminded us of the great touch he has. A visit the sport-guide from Finland was showing us at 200/1 for Kieffer Moore first goal and 3 nil to Wigan, it would have been a brave but much richer man to have that one.

A similar score line at West Bromwich Albion would give a 500/1 payback, which I think shows what a big battle it is going to be for us on Saturday. If you haven’t booked your place already, here is a reminder of the details for the trip to the Hawthorns:
