Coach Travel Details

The Official Wigan Athletic Supporters Club is run by a team of volunteers and has provide Away Coach Travel for it’s members, to every first team domestic competitive fixture for over 30 years.

Even now we are the only way to get to EVERY game, no matter how many go or how far it is.

You need to be a member to travel, so if you aren’t already a Member of the Official Wigan Athletic Supporters Club please click here to see the benefits of membership and for details on how to apply.

As Wigan Council have now made the car parks on the Sports Centre and Arena ‘Pay and Display’, we have arranged with the Stadium for FREE parking around the perimeter of the stadium for those members travelling to away games.

You can access this via Stadium Way (follow the signs to the Soccer Dome/DW Fitness Gym and carry on down to the stadium. Parking is also FREE on the car Park opposite Gala Bingo. If you need any further information please contact us on

Coach and Ticket details:

Road distance from DW Stadium – 90miles
Travelling time – 2 Hours  20 mins approx.
Coach departure from Ashton Town Centre at Bus Stop outside Queens Night Club, Wigan Road – 10.00 am
Coach Departure from Bryn Lights, Bus Stop opposite Mr English/McColls 10.05 am
Coach Departure from Goose Green, Bus Stop by the Warrington Road/Poolstock Lane intersections 10.15  am
Coach will depart the Stadium at 11.00 am.
Game kick off – 3.00 p.m.

  • You can book with the Supporters Club in the Supporters Club Lounge prior to home games.

  • You can also book directly with Mayfair Travel – 4 Scarisbrick Street, Wigan, WN1 2LF

* Strictly No Alcohol
* The Supporters Club can no longer allow persons under 16 years old to travel unless accompanied by an adult member.

Price Per Seat £14

Ticket Information

an initial allocation of 1,500 tickets for the game, with tickets priced as follows:

Adults – £21 
Over 60s – £17 
Under 25s – £17
Under 18s – £8
Under 12s – £5 

Tickets will be on sale to 2021/22 Season Card Holders only from Wednesday 5 January. Tickets will go on general sale from 9am on Monday 10 January, subject to availability.

If purchasing online, Season Card Holders must buy their ticket using the email address that was used to purchase their 2021/22 season card.

Supporters should note that queues are expected both via phone and in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office, and we are grateful in advance for your patience and continued support.
