As mentioned earlier today, the Club has decided to lay on Free Coaches, using Eavesways as we do for the Official Supporters Club Away Travel.
As we have been taking bookings for this trip for close on 4 weeks now, we need to state that all those that have booked with us are still going to be on the same coach as you originally booked – THERE IS NO NEED TO BOOK AGAIN.
Whatever coach number was allocated for you and your party, please board that very same coach number. We have basically transferred your details over to the Ticket Office and they have started booking where we left off.
REFUNDS
For those that have booked with the Wigan Athletic Supporters Club you will receive a refund in the following ways:
Online Booking – If you booked online, your card or PayPal account will be credited sometime today.
Supporters Club – For those that booked directly with us at the Supporters Club on Matchday, you will need to bring your ticket with you to the Coach Booking desk at the Supporters Club at the next home match. You will then be given the option of a refund or a place on the Brentford Coach.
Mayfair Travel – If you booked over the phone, please call Mayfair to arrange a refund or claim a seat on the Brentford Coach.
